Returns & Exchanges

At EGO, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, have all tags attached, and are in their original packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
